Customer satisfaction is the #1 priority at Thimbler, and we'll do whatever we can to make you happy with your Thimbler experience.

Standard size orders normally ship between 24-72 hours.

We use a variety of shipping methods, including US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. Below is the estimated cost of each shipping method. Actual costs may vary and will appear at checkout. Also note that shipping two or more items at one time costs less than shipping just one item.

Depending on your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages. You will not be charged for more than what appears at check-out. You can always sign in to check your orders. If you have questions at any time, please feel free to email us at service@thimbler.com or call us. When emailing us about your order, please include your order number in the subject.

Unless otherwise posted, Thimbler covers international shipping cost between factories and our North Carolina handling center. You will only have to pay domestic shipping from our US facility or from our US designers to you. If international shipping cost is not covered for designers outside the US (those who do not use Thimbler supply chain), they will be clearly indicated.
